MT2 and PT-141 have the same effect on men, sexually speaking. The problem is, neither have been proven to increase libido in men or women. Spontaneous erections are different than increasing sex drive. Both do the former.
Both can also have side effects initially.

My wife and I have both done MT2 for quite a while, and she has zero sexual side effects. Then again, she doesnt need any more. hahahaha
