    No thread yet?

Come on we always have a good debate in the Free For All forum!

    I'll start it off.

On the Democrat side we have two main candidates of 68 and 74 years old aiming for a term of 4 years. I wonder if they are capable of making sound decisions at the moment? And will they be in 4 years time?

On the Republican side we have two main candidates, one of whom is 69 years old, with 4 bankruptcies behind him and an attitude that could start WW3 in an instant. The other is only 45, but appears to be some kind of right wing Christian. Born in Canada with a Latino name.

Caucuses won on a coin toss (six successful in a row for Hilary) the losing Republican dismissing the whole Sate of Iowa as not important because he lost.

It's like a badly scripted soap. Only in the US!

We will once again be forced to decide on the lesser of evils. The only "normal" candidate we have is John Kasich, and although he's picking up steam, I'm afraid it's gonna be too little too late.:lighting1:

I would definitely agree with you on Kasich. He's probably the best qualified and the most moderate candidate. In the debates he came across as a whiner and I don't see him exciting too many people other than those of us who actually see what the candidates stand for.

I don't think I would get too excited about Cruz winning in Iowa. Remember that the last two "winners" of the Iowa Republican Caucuses were Santorum and Huckabee. The evangelicals come out in force there to nominate people who would never stand a chance of getting elected in a general election.

Now the Dems give you a choice of a crook and a kook. We have the habitual liar of Hillary and the Pied Piper of the Freebies in Sanders. I don't see either of them being a good choice.

So what will I do if it comes down to a choice between Trump and Sanders? Probably look into how one can emigrate to New Zealand.

Oh, and Steve, you know I'd have to jump in on this one!

Australian politics are a joke and always have been since John Howard left office. so many freedoms and fun has been taken away from Australians by tree hugging do gooders who sit back sipping their latte's in chappel street and have no idea how such a great country was built!!
anyway Steve, the Americans pulled your pommy asses out of ww2 lol!!! even tho the British gave them all of the knowledge for the american mass to build!!

man that was a good rant!!

    Trump is going to win.

He will ruin what is left of the "America Pride" or so called "Made in China"

Americans will be immigrating other countries - Canada & Mexico mostly

The USD will finally not be worth the paper it's written on

China will begin to collect debts for America

America will be forced to leave every country they currently have invaded

America will become a major Police State

So called "Freedom" lol, thing of the past

Russia will play nice with Iran and US will pay huge for Oil

    And lastly.....

Sadly enough Cuba will start looking like Disney Land if we don't have a nuclear war by the end of 2016

If Hilary wins..... We're all FUCKED!

Based on Hillary's speeches I can only assume that they both want to enhance Obama's legacy of destroying the US as quickly as possible. In case no one noticed the US debt exceeded $19 Trillion yesterday. Oh, by the way, the largest holder of US debt is not the Chinese, it's the Social Security Administration. Now doesn't that make you feel better!
