I haven't seen it with my own two eyes but have spoken to two people who have. One told me "the beach is fine". The other said there were lots of waves, lots of wind and that some rocks were showing at Playa Delfines but there was still sand. There will be pics posted later today.
We had a couple of power outages of less than a minute each here, and that was it. A good dry run. Everyone's got their shit together a LOT more than b4 Wilma.
It was a good hurricane drill, wasn't it Drew? I was totally impressed that everyone got their act together in a calm and organized manner, things definitely improved over Wilma.
I changed my traveling dates to Sept 26-Oct 1...........Hopefully, I will be able to meet some of you down there or the ones traveling there. Greetings from Tennessee Me and the family have you guys in our thoughts and prayers. From what I have heard on the news and read here it seems Cancun has made it through Dean A-OK. Thank goodness! We wanna come back to see y'all in two years. We love our Cancun Mexico!
