Clouds are here but no rain so far, and not very windy yet. Not where I am anyway. I've been watching the water vapour sat picture and every time any rain's got near us, it's moved away or died off. Not a drop here yet.

Chetumal Since Chetumal appears to be the likely target of Dean, what can people tell us about that town? Resort town or fishing village? Heavily populated? Construction? Major resorts?
