    lesson to be learned there! It drives my kids crazy when I persistently but politely continue to ask for satisfaction when a company does wrong. Eventually somebody over rides a computer and says wait, we are wrong here and need to fix this situation. Good for you!:aktion033:

    There used to be an adage in marketing that a happy customer will tell 1 person and an unhappy will tell 10. I guess these days that with a couple of posts an unhappy customer will tell thousands
