So I wanted to post an update about our situation you've all been so kind to listen to me rant about. If you dont know what im referring to, refer to thread "i give up..." I pretty much emailed everyone but the housekeepers at TTR about our issue. I got numerous pleasant, but disappointing, "sorry for your trouble but we can't help you" emails UNTILLLLL today. I got a lovely email response from Diana Hernandez in customer service who agreed to comp some day/night passes. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now. THANK YOU DIANA! It kinda felt like I booked a trip to Disney, but I was told we had to stay in the parking lot and ride the shuttle around. They made our day. See you all in 5 days!!!!
That's awesome - it's always reassuring when a company does the right thing for their customers. Glad it worked out for you - looks like BookIt will probably lose more than a few customers over it for the trouble, too!
This story has gone farther than you think among book its target demographic. I'm sure to never consider or recommend them
