It must be difficult to make sense of something so senseless. I get that you both need/want understanding, ownership from the hotel in the form of restoring what you feel was taken from you both (your vacation) which I assume can be disappointing and frustrating news to receive when it contradicts what you believe you both deserve and in the end your hope is for closure; we are truly sorry for the undesired outcome! Please know how grateful we are to you both for having the courage to share your story and the resilience :icon_smile: to rise above such a trying experience (jail time in Mexico - I couldn't even imagine; beyond my comprehension. Nothing but great respect here).
