Always thought it would be fun to have some friends over for a party in the Temptation suite...and it was! Unfulfilled fantasy would be to do it again this September...after spending the day on Chesney's yacht and checking out Marshe's Zeppelin show. Yeah, that would be a pretty good day.
So my first post obviously is 'pie in the sky'. Here is an actual reoccurring one I have most days at the sexy pool. A Temptation Blues Festival weekend. A mini version of the "Legendary Rythym and Blues Cruise". Bluescruise.com To have a few different blues bands over a weekend, playing, and Mecca packed with the coolest blues fans would be utopia. Hell throw in some southern cooking and some good gumbo....and we may need to end our lives, cuz it couldn't get any better for us.
I'm with you to a point. Don't get me wrong as I love blues but, I would love to see a reggae festival instead. It just goes with the whole Caribbean atmosphere. In fact, I would be really happy if they would just play more reggae music at the resort.
Charlie the newet DJ is really tryin to upgrade the music. He has done a lot of work, along with Alex to the equipment. If you notice at Patyos they actually have a DJ booth now instead of a small lectern area in the corner. They built the new booth in 3 days at Easter. They have changd speakers at sexy pool. And built better boxes and better speaker grilles. That all hppened during Week 8. But the best thing about Charlie is he luvs reggae. And he plays alot when we are there. But unfortunately younger tastes seem to be heard more. And oldstrs are afraid to show their age by grooving to preceived outdated stuff. Even in Jamaica....old school reggae is considered geriatric. Next time U R at Mecca tell Charlie U luv Bob and he will fix u up.
They really are out there, we had our own personal unicorn for many years this will actually be our fist vacation without her. But its going to be amazing anyway :lotsofmichaelfs:
