Thinking of coming for 40th. How’s the weather? Pool too cold? Want it to be fun and lively like warmer months. TIA

Should be nice and comfortable (but not balmy), but there is always a risk in winter months that some cool weather can swing through. Roll the dice, probably nice but not guaranteed. We were there in early March this past winter and it was not much different than June this year. Some friends were there in early February and they were wearing jackets, never got in the pool, very windy, etc. I don't think that is the norm but a possibility. Winter months have less rain, so that's a plus.

Our next winter trip will be to Miches.

We went a few times in early December and found it too cold. Barely anyone in the pool for a couple days and watching 5 or so women dancing in their housecoats at Bash made us realise it was time to move to warmer months.

Thanks for the response. This is kinda what I’m afraid of. I’m sure it could still be a fun trip, but just not the same

We went in January five years in a row. January is our anniversary also. We think it is a great time to go. We are going for our first December trip this year. We were there the last two Novembers and we have been in June. For us the only bad month to go is October. October gets twice as much rain on average than any other month. January is the coldest month of the year but if you are from a cold climate like we are an average high of 83 and low of 68 still feels pretty good in January. April only gets about an inch of rain on average making it the driest month. We have never been in April, but I think in 2023 we may change that.

We went for NYE several years ago and it was a bit cold for us. It would be better if they actually heated the hot tub!

We are from SoCal so we prefer the weather to be warmer. We typically go in spring or summer. Seems easier to be wild and sexy when the temps are warmer. Just our opinion though.

It gets dark earlier in January. That is something to think about.

Is that a bad thing? Do people just start getting dressed up earlier?

Yeah we grew up in SoCal as well and prefer the warmer weather. January is tough to find a destination that is warm and not that hard to get to. Warm summer nights are the best for keeping the party going!! On a side note, why don’t they heat pool and at least the Spa??

Totally agree!! The days aren’t too bad but as soon as the sun gets low it definitely gets cooler.

Not sure why they don’t heat the hot tub. If you find out the answer though, would love to hear it.
