Pozole - Spicy Mexican pork soup served for breakfast on Friday or Staurday. Squeeze some lime in and add some shredded cabbage. Ojo Rojo - Red Eye beer in the morning - They will make it dirty/spicy - adding clam juice, Worcestershire & hot sauce. Seafood & steaks at dinner are pretty good - we are big fans of the Grouper. We avoid the pasta/noodle dishes, always mushy & overcooked in our opinion.
Lasagna at the Italian is delish! I personally hate the pizza at tex mex and just usually have the "salad bar". When they have the turkey at the buffet it is really good!

The flank steak aka Tampiqueno at Margaritas in the evening was very good! It comes with beans, rice and an enchilada with Mole sauce if my memory is correct.
Chicken ricotta at the Italian.. ..amazing! Nachos with guacamole dip at margaritas.....also the baguette make a perfect lunch. Drinks try a mangocolada.....very nice.
