No... I'm waiting to see who wins the presidential election before committing any large amounts of money to 09. If McCain wins, I'll book 09 trips right away. If Obama wins, I'll ride it out and take my chances. Good on ya for takin the plunge so early! Michelle
Even if I wanted to I couldnt commit alost a year early. Someone to commit to watching the bambinos that far in advace a rare. I also think that MAYBE we may have to go on a big trip with the kids next year. We always take them somewhere but usually closer to home (Wisconsin Dells or Duluth this year thinking of Chicago maybe too) but it may be their turn for a big trip next year. We have to see where things are with that before conniting to a big trip for us quite yet.
We will also have to wait on Airline prices for next year but I would definitely like to repeat for May.
If you lock them in now (U know they're not going to go down!) and get trip insurance ($59/person thru Expedia for example), you're covered in case you have to cancel. That's how I look at it! As it stands now, it's only gonna cost us less than $2900.for 2 including Air and everything else (Taxes. Ins., Hotel, etc. for 10 days)!! I am with you woodman....I always have my next one booked before I even go!...The longer I have to pay the easyer it is. I do the trip insurence also and everytime the price goes down I get the lower price! :lol: :lol:
