I basically don't drink when I am at home. When at TTR I let loose and drink what I want when I want as well as eat what I want when I want. Thus 10lbs, however much of it is retained water weight I am sure. That is why I say I lose most of it the first week back. Was not trying to scare anyone so sorry if I did that. Everyones bodies react differently. I bust my ass because I used to be 280lbs and am now 190-195 and I want to stay there as I am not getting any younger. I am the first one to say that if you are not training for anything then have at it! Its vacation and its TTR. :beer4:
So I saw the title of this TTR Gym, cardio and workouts! and thought yup that kind of fits this place.... Hit the gym in the morning, get you cardio sitting around the sex pool watching all the sexy ladies running around topless, and then at night get your workouts back in your room at night with that special one.... Shoe in no problem. Jamie
You can always try the Montezuma's Revenge Diet: get diarrhea early in the trip and don't bother to take Immodium. I lost weight last April on that diet, albeit only because I was too stubborn to get some Immodium until 4 days had passed.
