they say the average person gains about 8-10lbs on a one week cruise all inclusive. So if you were to actually lose 8-10lbs then you either didn't eat or may have a health issue. But if you came home 1-2lbs either way I wouldn't chalk it up to anything, its either your scale isn't accurate, you didn't take a dump that day, or your just dehydrated or bloated from the trip. Weigh your self in a week and most likely that will give you more accurate picture.

I always lose a few pounds. I eat less, drink more, walk the beach each morning and dance a lot! I have at least one Paty O burger, as well. It's so close now, I can almost taste it!!

We agree. Think it is the dehydrations. We lose 5-10 each trip. Plus we are either recovering from the night before and miss breakfast or we make it up and then don't want to leave the pool for lunch. So we only do 2 meals a day plus late night hot dogs and fries at paty o's

Nope never ever noticed that before........I am at least 5 lbs heavier each trip. It sucks, and I lost ten to 15 lbs before each trip to make up for it too. I even gain even though I will see the gym at least 4 to 5 times in week. I would like to say it's the difference in sea level but nope it doesn't go away after I get home without alot of work. I fight like hell to get rid of it. I also don't drink at home so I assume that is the big difference.
