Yes, our room block expired on 12/31. If the room wasn't booked by then, it's whatever rate the hotel charges normally and no percentage goes to Chinos' Cause for Cancer.
We just reserved by calling the hotel, they honored the TTR price. Online I wasn't able to get it. Cross fingers for good traveling weather!
I should call the hotel directly as well then. I booked online on Dec. 31 and the price was higher, maybe they'll credit the difference? No real biggie!

Trying to get a handle on the activities for the trip. It appears the club is the main focus, when will the party bus run? Are there group activities all day or is it a "go have fun, meet back here" sort of deal?
So we're doing a little meet and greet for people who are arriving on Thursday evening. Nothing major, just mingling at the hotel bar and maybe some BBQ. Friday, main focus is the club at 8:30pm-5am, but most folks will be at the hotel bar at some point prior to that to hang out. Bidding on the silent auction to benefit Chinos' Cause for Cancer will begin that afternoon. Saturday has the party bus tour from 1-5pm and the club from 8:30pm-5am. Sunday is generally for recovering and praying for forgiveness for our sins. :icon_redface:
We both have to work Friday so our plan is to fly down right after work which would put us there about 7:30pm. By the time we get to the hotel and get ready we'll probably miss the shuttle. Would it be best to plan to grab a taxi or Uber over there? Do we need to have any special info to get in if we're not with the group?
