Yeah...about that first day curse. Last trip, we woke up at like 3 AM for the flight...ate almost nothing...started with beer and tequila in the pool with two groups of singles (hilarious dudes from Nebraska and two women from the UK and Ireland)...stumbled to dinner...closed up the bar (great band playing)...stumbled again over one of those concrete ramps for rolling luggage to the rooms...bounced my head off the tile (in an elegant fashion)...split open my forehead (head wounds can bleed pretty good). So I woke up hung-over, concussed, in need of stitches (but a scar would give me some character) and the room looks like it's waiting for the crime scene team to show up. So with the concussion, I have absolutely no appetite all week...but beer seems to make the headache go away...so it was a great week!

The concussion diet is a great way to lose a few unwanted pounds on vacation.
