Wow that sucks to hear about your septic problem. Definitely getting your work out doing all that extra work in the yard Yes I agree 100% its food first. I love sugar and cutting that out has helped a lot where I don't even crave it anymore. I do allow myself one cheat meal a week typically on a Friday. Have cut back on the alcohol as well. Keep it up you will get there. Just finished 850 reps looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.
Yes been there before with cutting the sugar. And agree it makes a big difference. Sugar and salt are in nearly everything though so cutting the things we all know is the first step. Again, getting started is the hard part. Cold turkey and that first week to ten days can be brutal with headaches and cravings. Need to drink much water. But I started on the sweet tea and it is worse than crack! Almost ready to go cold turkey. Just need to clean out the snack pantry. Note I did not write pantry, but snack pantry! Lord help me!!!
