We got in our 1000 rep challenge! Doing that 5 days a week and yoga 1 day a week!
Great 1000 reps in 5 days and if short make up the difference on day 6 “yoga” day.

Just had 2 strong Bombay Sapphires with Ginger Beer and pizza for dinner.
Will have a pint of Ben & Jerrys New York Super Fudge Chunk and some Cheese Balls for a night cap.
But you have enthused me to go out to my gym and at least look at how dusty the equipment is.
