Trying to explain this resort to vanilla people...

We usually start with telling them its an "adults only resort for grown-ups". That then leads to more questions.

 

"It's an adults only, 21 and over all-inclusive place that is a blast. It is topless optional so your wife/girlfriend doesn't have to do it if she wants. (pause for the question) Yes, my wife partakes and I love that she's comfortable. Most people there are a lot of fun and not judgmental. (pause) No, the beach isn't great but you won't find a pool that is more fun."

I think I've said that about 20 times over the past four years.

 

Most of our friends know where we go and totally think we are very kinky and shit. Well that's true. One couple is prudes and will never go there. They like their boring ass lounging on the beach, keeping to themselves. We ask a couple of single female friends if they want to go. They might go if finances allow them to. Fingers cross for next year. Another couple were susposed to go with us last year but medical problems prevented them from going. I have no problems telling friends that we like the wild and crazy resorts

 

Unless you're telling fun people and they come with you on your next trip.:cheerleaders:

 

We don't tell folks that wouldn't understand! This is OUR fucking vacation! We don't owe anyone an explanation of any fucking thing..........

We just returned after our first visit.
before our trip we did not disclose the resort name.
Since returning we disclose with pleasure. It could be a fantastic place for so many.
We explain it is topless adult only, with good food, a friendly crowd and a fantastic dance club.
We say You can find some swingers, more swayers, and lots of couples that are enjoying the freedom to think sexy. And We say we f##€Ed like rabbits every night.
Few press to know what category we fit into.
I said the same to my father and his wife when they asked.
I left out the swinging and swaying and rabbits when my under 25 kids asked.

We told people after our first trip and I was cornered at work with expectations of tales of swinging and debauchery. This year we're telling people we're going to the Sun Palace. Its real enough but very uninteresting. If anyone searches Temptations, they'll get the real story so we don't bother saying.

 

We just say its an adults only resort, a bit like "Couples" and leave it at that. It would be fun to find someone we know to come with us. Not going to happen, so look forward to meeting some of you "old hands" in July. f
