I was supposed to arrive today, but because of an emergency, I wasn't able to make my flight and have to change to tomorrow. I've been having a hell of a time trying to contact Temptation to change my reservation. First told reservations are closed today, but the front desk can help. Front desk then says they have to transfer me to reservations but then I get hung up on. Tried calling back twice for the front desk but both times I get put on hold and then hung up on after a couple minutes. Does anyone have any advice on how to get ahold of them so I can get this changed? Thanks!

I just called the 1-888 number. They are saying that office hours are mon-fri and sat, 9-6. So those numbers won't work today. Sorry. maybe try 998 848-7900, or you might have already when you tried to reach the front desk. Dial 011 first to connect to an international server. Then 52 is the Mexico identifier. so 011-52-998-848-7900. If that doesn't work I'm at a loss.
