I've already emailed a Premier manager and a Original Resorts manager. I had reached out to the member who upgraded me to Premier first and she referred me to the managers.

Again, I don't expect them to DO anything, after all, it's my word against his. But I do want them to know we are/were loyal visitors (we've spent about$15K USD there!) and we are not coming back.

(when you arrived), your COVID19 results and a health survey, which you can access here: Vuela Seguro

So do we need a covid test to enter Mexico? Or is this just a servey asking if you've been vaccinated?

You do NOT need a COVID19 test to enter Mexico. All you need to enter Mexico is the immigration forms. They will probably provide them on your flight, but I also posted the links in my original post.

When you are about to leave Mexico, you will need:
    1) COVID19 negative result (this is for the USA, not a Mexico requirement)
    2) stubs from your Mexican immigration forms
    3) health survey - this is from Mexico, asking if you've been in contact with anyone sick or if you yourself feel ill.

You can click on the links and see the information they ask for.

Canadians here and we know TTR wants us back but posts like this make us rethink our winter vacation plans . Seems like since the Reno things have gone down the pan as far as service and atmosphere .

Could be wrong but it looks fishy to me.

Official Mexican Govt sites don't use .com addresses, they use .gob.mx just like the US uses .gov and the UK uses .gov.uk

Obviously I didn't register, so I don't know what the next step in the process is.

My guess is they are collecting email addresses of people arriving soon, and then will probably try and sell you transfers or tours. Just like the MexicoTouristCard site does.

We saw one Canadian there. He claimed to be on the first flight out of Canada to Mexico.

In any event, the atmosphere is still fun, the staff and service are still top notch. It's the other GUESTS that have "changed" Through several trips over the years, the guests from all over the world were ALWAYS kind, friendly and welcoming, no matter where they were from. It was part of the beauty of Temptation. Nowadays.... forget it. It's like being on vacation at your local IHOP or Denny's... that kind of crowd. Not horrible, but not friendly and civil like before.

Like I said, hopefully things will change for the better.

I'm pretty sure I've used this site twice this year already and I have not received any weird Mexican emails.

We did see several, maybe dozens of passengers scrambling to fill paper forms out after the security line. My guess is they hadn't filled out the questionnaire online and were rushing to get it done. (This was not easy to do with carry-on bags, personal bags and maybe small children in tow)

We had the QR codes and breezed through that next part.

Here are some screenshots of what they ask for:

Great honest review and seems more and more people are starting to feel this way. We too enjoyed pre reno compared to what it is now. Nothing worse than booking all inclusive vacation and being told you can't sit here, drink or eat this without paying more money. Best part now of going to TTR is the Boobs Cruise!

There is no excuse for being treated poorly by the sales people, but I am not sure you write off a resort you have enjoyed because of one rude employee.

But as far as the clientele at the resort, I have to wonder if the I-Hop crowd is related to how low the prices got this year and the type of people it attracts. When my wife and I booked our first trip to Temptations this summer we paid $170 per night for both of us. At $85 per night per person for an all inclusive, that is definitely I-Hop level pricing. Those low prices bring lower expectations on behavior and decorum, much like the difference in behavior expected between I-Hop and Ruth Chris. Hopefully now that the prices have gone back to more traditional levels the people will approach the resort with higher expectation both for themselves and other guests, and we can get away from the obnoxious bachelor party crowd.

Ya the airport/airline makes you post your results to that site and they check it when you go thru tsa, etc.
You see a bunch of people filling it out at the bottom of the escalator/ area outside the store. Better off doing that before hand as the Wi-Fi is meh.
