I know...We missed you too...you should have stayed with June...Yup played Horseshoes every day...no didn't make it to the Rio....not sure about the two beds....but the jacuzzis looked nice....Stampede is over...Thank God....can kind of get back to normal now....
Great report! I have to agree about the new nice shoes,we actually miss the old place even as hot as it would get in there.I have always enjoyed sitting outside the chinese rest.waiting for Sandy to come down for dinner,sipping a drink looking out over the water,just a great time of day there.Love the idea of drinks served pool side,wondering how late that service is provided?Thanks again looking forward to part 2!!
DJ Alex would play anything you asked…but it was so loud my ears were ringing. I’m not a prude and can handle typical bar volumes but the area was just to small for the volume (opinions everyone??) The room itself was really nice….air conditioned, lighting, video screen and all but they need to find a way to keep people there (anyone not going to the clubs) and dancing/talking and having a good time. Nice shoes and Alternative are non-smoking now which I think is good (and I smoke)… I agree. It's much nicer but way too loud. Our group would always leave and head to Paty O's just so we could hear each other and visit. Plus, the AC in Nice Shoes is not that great. Too small with too many ppl, and it's easier just to head outside. Teresa
Wade and Karen- Since when are you guys normal?? Great TR- I know our schedules probably won't mesh- but we do miss you. Actually we are going down in 10 days for our 5th anniversary.., may actually take advantage of the poolside drink service (yea- my a** is as lazy as yours!- Ken and Joyce
I meant normal in the broadest sense of the word...one of these days the schedules will mesh...would truly like to see you guys again.
