Found an actual Aerial Photo of the Miches property from Jan. 2023 to give everyone a better idea of the setting.
That looks like a lot more rooms than I imagined. anyone know the amount of rooms at each resort? Understanding many aren’t finished yet.
I can only speak for grand. It had 20-25 villas at 2-4 rooms per villa depending on room type. So estimating 80 rooms.
The Press Release says 114 rooms at Grand / 382 rooms at Temptation. Besides villas mentioned by Indyfun, there is a 3 story larger building at front of Grand (next to Reception building) with maybe 30 rooms which I think are mainly the Fantasy Tropical "least expensive" rooms. We stayed in this room type at Grand and it was twice the size of the DRM Deluxe Garden room - major upgrade. Plus right now its basically 50% of the price comparing the two...
