my personal observations I think all the people we met were so great and we had so much fun, even though we were only there two days, .Check in was easy and no hassle, they gave us a great room upgrade which we appreciated very much, the room was well appointed and clean, as was entire resort. MakiTaco fusion restaurant was very excellent food and service.. rest of food was average, no better or worse than what we expected. We think all the staff worked very hard and were polite, but think shortage of bartender help prevented them from being friendly and interactive, they just were too busy, management could add bartender help on the beach to help current staff and waiting times for drinks for customers...a win win for all . . Overall a great time with great people we met
