Pedro at the Patty O's bar was AWESOME!!!!!!!! By Tuesday my Cran and Vodka was top shelf without asking and he was ready with our two beers before dinner.

Pedro is a rockin' bartender. He had my bacardi/cokes and the wifey's vodka/sodas ready the second I walked up to the bar, every single time.

He was tipped well though..

Funny last year with Continental that was the best trip ever this year with United so far is the ultimate worst. We hope we get the bags sometime soon.

when United bought Continental it was one of the worlds worst airlines taking over one of the worlds best airlines....what could possibly go wrong?

Im in the travel industry ...don't get me started on the complete incompetence of United from top to bottom
