I admit that the first couple of hours at this resort can be a little overwhelming. Just relax, join in as much as you can, introduce yourselves to everyone, and have fun. Thanks for the great report! I remember the first trip, had no idea what to expect. I booked on Orbitz, never bothered to read the trip reviews there. All I needed to read was adults only!
While I was reading your trip report I had to keep reminding myself that I didn't write that!!!!! We were first timers last April and are returning again on April 2nd!!! Once you have been biten by the TTR bug I can't imagine not returning for more!!!! Thanks for reminding me of all the reasons we are headed back.....CAN'T WAIT!!!
Great report! We were first timers last February and had the exact same experience. Loved almost everything about it. And you're completely right about the sexy, affirming, non-creepy atmosphere (okay, so there was one or two creepy guys, as you'll find anywhere - but everyone else, guys and girls, banded together to keep them from acting too inappropriately). My wife had her top off the very first day, and barely put it back on the rest of the trip. Can't wait to go back in May for that reason alone.
