I actually know a few couples that will butch about every little detail. No resort could ever satisfy them no matter how hard they tried. Hence the reason I have only vacationed with them once. TTR is all about letting go completely and not giving a sh@! About anything. Everyone above is dead on with the statement that these people should be banned from even booking there!! Or us hell raisers should be allowed to throw them out first time we hear them butch!! Don't fu!@ up or party!!! Love you guys!!!

Not that I am a huge defender, and think the resort can do nothing wrong, but I never seen one cockroach in 3 trips. And that is with staying at 3 different locations around the resort. (1 ground floor) But in general it is a tropical climate, so there are bugs. And if you do leave plates of half eaten food on your balcony or on the floor in the hallways, then bugs are bound to come.
That is unfortunate. I can honestly say we didn't see any cockroaches, or any other pests when we were there in March. Well on second thought there were those two single guys who were acting like pests . . . Actually more like dicks.
I have to agree. In fact we have been amazed by the absence of bugs at the resort. And we have never seen a roach. Well, the human made ones notwithstanding.
