Not sure, but all the people we talked to that were in the garden all had one. Would be nice to here if anybody ever had a room with no balcony, except the end suites that only have large windows.
Yes there is either a balcony or like a little patio. They will range in size per location. However, there are some rooms on the quiet pool side that do not have a balcony. There is just a big window overlooking the ocean. We were told this was an upgrade, but for us it was a downgrade with no balcony, so they switched us. I do not believe these are classified as garden view, and I don't think there is very many of them either.
