Okay now, Monday morning at 7:10 am Mountain Time, the 106th item will be announced!

    Oh My Gosh!

I have everything in hand or on its way, except for the last item announced Friday. This one is really easy: I have to get the autographs of the three radio jocks at 106.7: Michael, Paul and Beth. This should be no problem as they are all at the station morning, afternoon and evening every weekday. It was too late on Friday to get them, so I'll get them on Tuesday when everyone's back after Memorial weekend.

I got the expired fishing license--actually I now have 4 because people are being so nice in helping me, now that it's almost over and they know I have everything--thanks to everyone who has been soooooo helpful.

The Chicago Hard Rock Cafe t-shirt is on the way. Windows 95 should be in the mail. The picture of me with a lawn gnome is in hand... I even have a genuine, live black cat who is scheduled to be turned in as my black cat item.

I don't know if I'll win, but it's been worth it, just to meet so many nice people, especially through this website. I am going to tell them all about you if I win. I can't tell them yet, though or they might come around here asking you for help as I did! I will tell them June 9th when it's all over!

I've decided to give the prize ($5K) to charity if I win. It just seems like the right thing to do since I couldn't have won without the help of many people.

I'm going to give it to Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, MT. Those kids there need it more than I do.

So, we'll see what happens and I'll be sure to tell you what the last item is!

Then it's on to the tie breaker items which I expect to be real stinkers! Probably obscure local items from former radio stations that have burned to the ground 50 years ago. Yeah, something impossible like that!

Thanks for the updates. How great of you to donate the money.. I oh so hope you win.. I wonder how many others would even think of the same thing? I'm sure The Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch would greatly appreciate the donation too..

Best of Luck To You!!! Take pictures of all your items on the final day if you get a chance.. Would make for a good scrapbook & story...

And the 106th and final item is.....

    (insert drumroll here!)

    A lucky rabbit's foot!

I don't know how lucky it was for the rabbit, but that's what they want!

    mfox,

I've been following this for entertainment purposes and have enjoyed your journey.

Now, I am touched beyond belief that you have decided to donate the prize money to charity if you should win. You have spent your hard earned time and money all along. Ebay, shipping, etc... You are a true angel..

$5,000 is a lot of money.. I suggest that you give most to charity, but please save a little for yourself. You deserve a nice day at the spa, or SOMETHING!! No one will think any less of you for that.

    Good luck!!

    Tie breaker item #1

The first tie breaker item is a 2002 Billings, MT phone book!

    You won't believe this but

    I have one!

I moved back to Billings in 2003 and I guess I still have the first one I picked up. It's a GEN U INE Qwest Dex 2002 book with a gazillion phone numbers handwritten on the front!

I don't even have the lucky rabbit's foot in hand yet (it's on the way)

    BUT IT MUST BE WORKING!

Next tie-breaker item comes tomorrow morning!

And thanks Denise and Kait for your kind thoughts.

I guess I'd better not count my chickens just yet! First I have to win, but something is tugging at me to give it away! Sometimes you have to listen to that inner voice.

The tie breaker item of the day is a picture of myself with a Hollywood celebrity (past or present). It cannot be photo shopped or an impersonator. It has to be a human, not Mickey Mouse, Spiderman, etc.

This is tough because I have always made it a practice not to bother famous people I've seen. I'm afraid to intrude! HOWEVER, I would ask them now!

    What to do?

    Anyone have any ideas?

This is item 108 out of 110. How can I quit now when I have everything but this item?

I'd go anywhere to get this picture!

    HELP!

Fletch knows Lindsey Lohan...but she's in rehab now.

CollegeGuy corresponds with Alan from The Real Cancun. Dunno how you're going to lure a Hollywood celebrity (past or present) out to Montana, tho.

Mebee ACBUD is aware if anyone is in the area?
