im going to cancun on may 19th, and im 18 years old, so im legal for traveling by myself and all that stuff.. but my friend is coming also and she's only 17, can she have a notarized letter from her parents saying she can travel with me, or am i not old enough? my aunt and uncle are going too.. and there in their 50s.. so she should just get the letter saying she has consent to travel with my aunt instead.. thanks!!
