Anyone have any suggestions on getting to Playa? We were there last year and fell in love, would like to spend a day there while we are in Cancun.

It's cheaper to take the R-1 bus which has a stop across from the bus terminal. After the bus turns right onto Av. Tulum, the only turn it makes, it's like the 3rd stop, maybe the 4th, but just before McDonalds, right after the traffic circle. Cross at the raised crosswalk, in which you have the right of way, and you are pretty much in front of the bus station. Then it's like $35 pesos from there to Playa and they run almost around the clock. Another option is to take the bus from the airport and it is $55 pesos. This bus leaves from the parking lot at the left end of Teminal 2 and you can take a free shuttle between terminals. Unless you are flying on Jet Blue, or certain charters, you will arrive internationally at Terminal 3. I hope this helps.
