Shouldn't the transfer question thread be a sticky? It gets asked so much. Make it a poll question and I think that would answer the newbies question pretty quick.

As Jamie has said USA Transfers is the way to go. We have used them every single time to get to the resort. Friends of ours recommended them the first time we went and we've used them ever since. Like everyone else has said you head for the exit find the guy with the clipboard sign saying USA Transfers and check in he calls the driver and helps you load your bag then it's a quick ride to the hotel. The only ones in the shuttle are you and your party so if it's just you and your wife then the minute your butts in the seat that's when the driver pulls out. We did the airlines bus return with multiple stops picking up passengers at various hotels on the way home the one time and I said never again. As much as the vacation is over and I usually don't care about the leaving as much as the getting to the resort it was brutal. With the return package you can stay in the pool until the very last minute and enjoy the ride back at your pace.
Ok, our travel agent just canceled our Best Day transfer. I reserved for USA Transfer... And… confirmed. Yea.
Our last trip we paid a "taxi" $70 USD from the airport to JW Marriott where we stayed for 3 days, then a real Taxi $15 to take us to TTR, then 4 days later another Taxi took us to the airport for $40. USA Tranfers is $55 USD round trip.
You won't be disappointed the drivers are friendly if you want to stop for a couple of travellers for the ride have him pull over to the closest OXXO. Just remember to pick him up a nonalcoholic drink and you're good. Ask lots of questions on the ride in they love to talk about their country as most people do. They'll give you guidance on shops for souvenirs where the bars are if you wish to go off the resort and it'll be like a 25 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. On our first trip we used them as I said and we got to the resort checked in changed had lunch and were enjoying the first of many cocktails by the sexy pool when I happened to spot these people that had been on our flight and they were just arriving at the hotel after an arduous trek of dropping everyone else off at their hotels. It sounds as if you two are like us get us from the airport to the resort so I can start my vacation. And this has been our experience.
I also had booked through expedia.. I ate the cost and booked USA Transfers last week when we were there. Well worth it. Were in the van with in 10 min of getting outside and direct to resort. Def the best way to go !
Have used USA Transfer for both Temptation and Desire about ten times and have always been really happy with them. Driver's are awesome, I always give them few dollars side I have had the same ones multiple times. Quick pickup, straight to your hotel, van to yourself, no hassles. Its the only way I go, and for the money, why wouldn't you?
Honestly, the fastest trips we've ever had to TTR were using Lomas Travel, but you pay a bit extra for that, like $20 a leg. Next fastest was Transbeach, the Hotel's own service for members. Then, USA Transfers right behind them. Then, another group, like the "American Express," (no kidding, that's its name, etc.
