Ok this is my very first trip report ever so bare with me. Flight down was great 7:30am non-stop Jet Blue from Logan. Arrived on time and seeing as we had not been to Cancun in a couple of years we were pleasantly surprized to find the terminal air conditioned..Wow what a joy that was as your standing in line. All went smooth ...even the dreaded Red Light didnt phase us... out to our awaiting car in less than 5 mins. Now this being our virgin Temp visit we had no expectations. Check in was a breeze with the RCI people, room was not ready but we had bathing suits in carryon so big deal, out to the pool we went. The min we saw the place we loved it!! It has a vibe like no where else weve been. We found everyone to be so friendly which is what I had read on the board but still you never really believe it unless you see it. Now I wont go into the day to day seeing as alot of it was a blurrr. I will say this my Leo is not one to really get involved in games and such but for some reason this place was different for him, in fact there wasnt anything he didnt want to be involved in which was great. Won a few contests, adopted a new pen name (hairyballs... dont ask just know it stuck) and best of all met the best bunch of people that we now consider our "Friends" (Don&Roseann, Bob&Barb, Roy&Sandy,Rob&Diane,Jimmy&Kimmie, and ever wonderful Bethy and her Gang haha). Thank you all for making our week so much fun and so memorable. Ok trip report I forgot hehe ... Rooms were super! ours was on the 3rd floor overlooking both the quiet pool and the harbor which we found perfect. Frig was stocked daily with beers, water & soda without asking. We seemed to have many diff towel animals this trip (someone must have been practicing). We found food in all rest to be good, some were particularly good such as the Italian and Tex Mex. (dont miss the tarimusu..hmmmm and pretty) All in all we had no complaints cept like most it would be nice to have a few more activities at night around the resort but what we did see was fun (actully loved the dance show). PJ/casino night to me was sort of a bust with few dressing for the occasion and monopoly casino a bit lame but who cares its just for fun. So no doubt we are going back for a return trip same time next year if all goes well. With luck maybe we'll see some of our "Friends" Cheers, Betty & Leo

Wow, I would have never guessed that Leo wasn't a "joining in" kinda guy! He was the life of the party. What a great couple you guys are! SOOOOO much fun! It was great getting to know you and Ryan still thinks Leo's the best!! Me too! Thanks for making our trip just that much better! You guys are the best!

It was fantastic meeting you guys, and you sure made our week a memorable one, I really hope we have the opportuntiy to meet again, it was wonderful, thanks for the memories.
yeah..Leo like Kimee and Diane (shygirl)must have really come out of their shells this week..or they just can't fool the rest of us.. Kimee,Leo,Diane..what a bunch of coach potatoes..Yeah right.. Leo we have adopted you also..
