We're headed down to GOS June 25-July2. It looks to be about 25-30 couples all of which will be topless, so I think that's about 60 titties!!!

Toplessness is hit and miss at GOS. Our first trip was a September trip and the hotel was only about half full. No one was topless, except my wife. She did get a couple stares from other women, and a couple of times another woman took her top off for a few minutes. Our last trip in March, my wife again was always topless, when possible, as were just a couple other women. But there were a lot of random tops coming off here and there. Some days there would be 10 women topless, some 2. Oddly, since it was spring break they ended up moving a lot of people from other hotels to this one and the overall crowd was so young, that they have too many hangups with being topless. But, no one gave her nasty looks like the first time. We're headed back in few weeks again and she will be topless again. The pools, beach, for a massage on the side of the pool, even kinky club, and the hot tubs (I told her later that the sign says you're supposed to have your top on there), but no one cared. She did take her top off at one point during the Lil Jon concert at Grand Oasis and was told to put it back on, woops (hey, Lil Jon was screaming for women to take them off, so she did, haha). We even took a walk down the beach with her top off and it was no big deal. It's Cancun, you're on vacation, and you don't know anyone. Your comfort level is up to you. Don't let people you don't know and will never see again ruin it for you. I was topless in October.....I had my picture taken many times by strangers gawking......they do not enforce a camera policy......all rooms overlook the pool and many stood in their windows taking pics. Oh well. Not sure if they even have a rule, but if they do they need to enforce it!!
The only time I've seen the no camera rule enforced at TTR is when the entertainment staff are conducting there "naughty" poolside games. Every trip there are plenty of pictures being taken around the pools, PatyO's, the beach. It's never bothered me. I can see how it could be an issue if the pictures wound up somehow finding there way into some ones facebook or something but the internet is a pretty big place. Odds of anyone ever recognizing someone topless at TTR would be pretty large.
