top ten horror movies

i dont think hostel should be on the list....i like the movie, but its not scary, its just gruesome.....

i dont really have a replacement for it.....but ive see scarier movies than that....other than that i agree with the list

I think exorcist is top because of the sheer reaction it had on release

I've seen it a few times and for me its funny but thats cos its 30 years out of date and modern day graphics make it look silly

 

pet cemetry 2, the kid in that was evil - i think blair witch should def be on it

The movie "Magic" from the early 80's is one of the freakiest movies I've ever seen. Stars Anthony Hopkins. Definitely should be on the list.
