    Boy do I know this feeling... :D

    I don't know what I would have done either. I would have probably thrown a fit in the restuarant but pretty sure I wouldn't have contacted the media.

    It's not like someone tried to harm the kid. It was a mistake, negligence, and unfortunate.

    Do they call the media when someone eats bad clams too?

    Karan, in my "Business Law" class in High School, I learned that negligence is the easiest lawsuit to win. True?

    Isn't it neat to see fencelines in Mexico? The 8 foot cinder block fences with the row of broken bottles embedded on top... sure would be nice!

    That is pretty much true, Carrie.

    It does depend on the type of case (ie: neglience by a doctor can be very difficult to prove and thus win) but in general neglience cases are definitely the easiest ones to win.
