Lesson number 2 for newbies, don't be confrontational with a moderator, whether you are right or wrong. Usually that leads to lock up threads. Personally, I have been kissing moderator asses for 4 years on cancuncare, that's how I got to where I am today. My threads were never locked and my posts were never deleted. So next time you see a moderator, buy him/her a drink, lapdance, or whatever. If he/she likes your gf/bf, convince your gf/bf to sleep with him/her. And most important, kiss up to Steve all you possibly can when you see him at the CC party because he is so awesome.
im not being confrontational, we are all adults and i can say my opinions, just like everyone else did. i already spoke to steve, he is a nice guy and was helpful. id be more than happy to buy fletch a drink but hopefully he wouldnt get the wrong idea. THAT WAS A JOKE :beer4:
Yes, everyone can say their opinions but you are definitely more confrontational toward a moderator than anyone in my recent memory on this board. I'm not saying you are wrong to do so. It's just generally not a good idea, especially when you are new and people don't know if you are a likable person yet. Besides, I saw a recent picture of Fletch a couple days ago, I think he has been taking steroids so his fuse may be alittle short so personally I wouldn't want to get on his bad side.
