starting to worry a bit about my skirted bottoms...sometimes even big girls with confidence can't pull off a thong in public...lol oh well, guess I'll just have to be super fun and maybe no one will notice my covered butt :bootyshake:
Confidence is more important than what you are wearing, and only you can decide what you feel confident in. What a person fells comfortable wearing has been known to change as their stay at TTR goes on, so bring things you think you might not wear, weather it is a swimsuit or something for the evening or theme nights. It's better to bring it and never wear it than to leave it at home and wish you brought it.
Yes I am a plus size woman who felt confident enough this trip to have all bikini's. Last year I had one and the rest were one pieces. When I got there I was upset that I only had the one bikini. We have two friends coming with us for the Labor Day holiday and one of them asked me if she should get a bikini. I told her if you are comfortable with it then go for it. I had so much fun at TTR that I didn't notice what people were wearing unless it was totally out the norm or something I liked for myself. Having fun is the only thing to worry about.:clappyinghappy:
Let me say, without a doubt I would NEVER consider a bikini acceptable attire for me anywhere other than TTR. Thing is, at TTR it's a bit difficult to go topless every now and then if you're wearing a one piece! Still, it's not like I go parading around in a bikini, I try to slip unnoticed into the pool every so often; being the size I am I don't want to draw attention to myself in a bikini!
Bring them. You may not think you will have the confidence to wear them but I promise you once you are there, you will. They are pretty common. Have fun on your trip. Christy
In April, I brought two bikini bottoms and the rest were skirted bottoms. After wearing the bikinis, the skirted bottoms felt like wear sweat pants in the pool. Several of my friends there were like " what the hell are you wearing?" After that I like " screw it" and wore the skimpy bottoms the entire time...well maybe not the entire time. I was secretly naked in the sexy pool a few times that trip. Confidence skyrockets there. Be prepared. Christy
Don't worry, I wear full bottoms too and shorts, I'm going for my 1st visit on 8/23, just wear what you are comfortable in. Heather :icon_razz:
Nobody cares Bring everything in case. . I never think to been topless there and I went too Also, I went to wasaga beach ( 2 hours from toronto ).. And went swimming in the water almost naked ... LOL ! TTR Come out from my Body please !
