I'd hope with all this reassurance that your mind has been made up by now?! Don't forget, everyone on here is of a similar mindset, and so the focus on the forum is very much about the drink/party/nakid/sexy elements. There are a mass of people that haven't even heard of the forum at the resort, and like you, will opt in and out of how much they want to get involved. You have the benefit of it being topless, all inclusive, with no kids around, and if you get in a crazy or sexy mood, you can jump right into the fun! Oh, and you will find that most of the Americans and Canadians love us Brits...just not the drunken idiot ones. Get booking your holiday...oh I dunno, around August 22nd to 27th sounds good to me!!
I was nervous for the reason that the topless and wild environment. I'm not a prude but never been topless outside of pool parties in my backyard. That all changed when we went to Temptation. I have been to 5 other resorts in cancun and now will always go back to Temptation. Best vacation ever. Boyfriend is from Manchester so I did go being very familiar with British people. I absolutely love them and a majority people we met last year were British. Last year we stayed right by quiet pool in a jacuzzi room and it was quiet relaxing environment. But I fell in love with the sexy pool. Highly recommended resort. We arrive sept 13. Hope you guys are there
Hey, all great feedback. Topless isn't a problem. Not nervous about this at all. This is the norm for us and Mrs J has often been the only one topless (with more following of course) We're querying whether or not the activities etc will be annoying when we want to chill. We'll have a think and maybe book for September
We have been to Hedo 5X times and TTR twice. If any part of a couple objects to "sexy" times, its ALWAYS the female part. AT Hedo, its always "I wonder what my wife is going to think about all of the PDAs and drug use". I have never heard a man say "I am getting sick and tired looking at all of these hooters !!!" TTR has no PDAs or drug use and the games at the Sexy are only for a couple of hours a day and may involve a "little" nudity, but thats it. TTR is sexy, but not gross!!! You don't have anything to be concerned about !!! I would worry more about the slippery floors !!!
Easy to get away from the loud, uproariously-laughing party crowd at the Sexy Pool, no problem. Just walk the 40-odd steps and down the staris tito the beach if you like, or head over to the Quiet Pool. Either place is very chill.
Temptation isn't the same thing at other resort. Here's my personal 10 tips, Ok I know I made 15 1- You Don't need to go outside for restaurant, party, excurtions, everything is on the resort or 5 min walk. 2- The only thing you will do outside the resort is Coco Bongo and I think It's the Monday, which the resort go there. 3- They have 3 pools, quiet pool, sexy and sport. 4-They have 2 à la carte restaurant, 2 buffet and 2 restaurant who don't need any reservation ( seafood and Tex Mex .) 5- They have bar anywhere you will go ( except sport pool. ) 6- The Pat'y'o is a rendez-vous each night for a party theme DJ Party. 7- The Latest bar close at 6 Am And the first one to open are at 10 am ! 8- They are always a pool open even at 4 am. 9- They are always a restaurant open to go eat even in the pat'y'o a 1 am if you hungry they have hamburger and fries. 10- They provide the best entertaining in ALL CANCUN. 11- TIPS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.. THOSE GUYS WORK SO HARD. 12- Friends are made for long time. 13- Boobs Cruise ( didn't make it, was full, but next year ). 14- Bring a Bubba Mug, you will need it. 15- Respect, mature, adult, fun and party Garranty. =D

I think you will find a small % of people participate in the pool games and antics, the rest sit back and enjoy the shows and the laughs. Our experience the quiet pool is extremely quiet. I think browsing the forum and reading post from "Temptation addicts" give people the idea that it is a giant party 24 hours a day and you won't sleep for a week. Although that is possible, if that's what you want to do. You can also go and have a nice, relaxing, enjoyable time and not participate in any of that. We had similar thoughts to you. We found that once we were there we met so many great people and had such a great time with them. The only quiet time we got was if we over did it during the day and never made it out at night
