The new law was brought into effect in September 2010. Mexico currency law makes it tougher to pay in dollars - USATODAY.com
we usually tip $5 in the morning,$10 by afternoon and $10 or more at night if we are making them work hard (sometimes we show up asking for rounds and rounds of shots)The way i look at it is if you are gonna spend money going to the bars why not make your own party and tip the guys well!I am in a tipping position and know financially how much a great night in tips can mean .We also tip at the lunch and breakfast but it usually a few bucks or whatever pesos we want to get rid of!
Not worried This was posted in another forum for Cancun info by someone that lives in Cancun so i figured I would pass it along :fish:
I think the point is that pesos are easier for the workers but all tips are appreciated :clappyinghappy:
Hi all - sorry if this is a bit off topic but several of you have mentioned the costs of drinks. Are drinks included in the all-inclusive? Thanks!
Drinks are included while you are at the resort and with the all inclusive wrist band you get when you go with the entertainment staff out to the clubs at night. Jamie
Yes, drinks are included. Exceptions would be bottles of wine from the Wine Lists at the restaurants, "Premium" liqueurs like Grand Marnier are extra. There was a sign up at the pool bar for Red Bull...think it said $5.
