My understand is that Timmies changed the coffee beans the once used in the coffee which they had exclusive rights to and now McDonald's picked that coffee bean up. If anyone is a regular Tim Horton coffee drink you would have noticed the change in taste of coffee when the change happened. This is why McDonalds now has better coffee then they once had. I only like the specialty coffees from Timmies, Starbucks as good as it is is too expensive.
Keurig Kcups are always too strong for my liking! Tim Hortons is JUST NOW getting into our area in Michigan and I love it. It came at just the right time too. Starbucks CEO doesn't support our 2nd amendment so us gun totin' right wingers have boycotted it. I prefer Tim Horton's anyway though, for the record.
Still gotta say Timmies Even though they are slipping and mistreatin' employees There coffee is better. Best proof is Pearson airport. Massive line-up at Tim's constantly. Down the terminal Starbucks....no line....walk right up And almost no one does Rather stand 15 min in line at Tim mies.
Tim Horton's here in Buffalo in a license to print money. One local town had to ban any future drive through restaurants due to the traffic jams created at Tim Horton's.
