When i buy flights there always Etickets now but the full holidays i buy seem to be still back in day method :lol:
Long Haul are proper tickets? Budget airlines/EU travel are E Tickets? Whenever i buy flights online i get an E Ticket, but when i buy thought an agency i get a real ticket.
Didnt even need e tickets when I flew too and from the States recently. Just rocked up at Manchester airport and gave my passport to the check in chick and before I could get the sheet of a4 out she said that want neccesary and swiped my passport. Coming back from Conecticut you self checked in at the airport by swiping your passport at a touch screen terminal, it confirmed who you were, flight details and destination and printed off luggage labels. You then took your bags to this security check in geezer, he checked the labels and your passport and that was it..... ( apart from the standard x ray machine for you and metal detection thingy before you go thru to departures ) Easy really.....
