we went with Thomson in May but did the USA Transfer instead - absolutely perfect. Seamless, clean and quick. Wouldn't do anything else now. We're flying over via Edmonton next May so not using a UK airline but still going to use USA Transfers - bin the coach, spend a few quid and get in that pool mate - you'll never lay on the lounger wishing you'd spent more time on a coach I can tell you! Oh and don't be scared! You'll have the time of your life.
