Just to be clear Temptation suite / jacuzzi suite are different than jacuzzi room. The suites are on the end facing the ocean and are 100% ocean front. The jacuzzi rooms are not ocean view or ocean front. The rooms on the second and third floors above the jacuzzi rooms wrap around the quiet pool and they call them ocean view but for many you really have to lean over the balcony and twist your neck. In our opinion ocean view upgrade is not worth it. Jacuzzi room is for the right price which is $50 a night. Jacuzzi suite is definitely worth it, for the right price, which is $75-$100 a night.
We've paid for ocean view both times and been given a room over by the quiet pool. The view isn't straight on the water but is nice. Rooms have been third floor, 1346 and 1310. Two queen beds instead of a king though. The room is quiet which we also like. Not sure why, we never seem to leave Paty O's before the DJ
Correct. We had "ocean view" overlooking the quiet pool which was a neck-twister to see the ocean. We didn't get it for the view but were happy with being in a quiet area. Def not worth it for THAT view alone. That said- we think for an extra $50 a night would be worth the jacuzzi if you could get down on the beach end.
we like the ocean view also, but nothing beats a balcony room. And not just for "balcony shows", we like to sit and smell the ocean.
Okay someone just give it straight up what is the best room to get......Probably won't be in the Jacuzzi very much as we like to party....would like a balcony so what type of rooms have that, ocean view would be nice also.....Someone said Jacuzzi rooms are on the first floor....
We actually liked the jacuzzi room by the quiet pool. You could literally hop over the little wall and go to the quiet pool if you wanted. This year we're staying over in the premier area, so it should be interesting to see the difference. -Mr. HotAUfans
Yes we really liked it too! We had friends right by the bar and spent a lot of time in their jaccuzi partying - we have had - crap what is his name!?!? Luis? Bring the beers right to 'our' porch area. He was awesome! I think that alone is why next time we'll pay the extra for a jaccuzi. That's why I suggested being down on the 'beach end'. There is a downtime between when the sexy pool closes and the night shows get started where a jacuzzi room IS the party. We fit 8 unclothed people in there. Don't ask me how.
