The balcony lights don't turn off. It's a little too bright if you are wanting to be discreet and not put on a show.

They do in the tower rooms, they come on at dusk and go off a few hours later.

They turned off around the quiet pool at 9:45 every night.

Well good, they must have changed the timing on them. It bothered the Mrs. because I normally sit out and have a night cap and smoke before hitting the bed. With the new blinds being automated, I couldn't close them on the balcony and that little light can make the room pretty bright

Yeah, it was a real pain last year, and we were thinking about bringing some black tape to cover them this year. We forgot to pack, and then when we were talking about it, they just turned off. It was nice being able to sleep with the blinds open.

So at Global Entry in Houston a new officer was confused and asked why we had so much luggage...and what we were bringing back into the Country?
I didn’t know having lots of bags was a crime!!!
And did we have any food???
I was wearing my USA red, white, and blue cowboy hat and am quite tanned and dark at the moment so maybe I appeared to be a smuggler!

We said no and we were in MX 11 days and had lots of things like clothes, and shoes, and shoes, and shoes...and Room Crawl decorations as in skeletons, pumpkins, aliens, toys, etc...whoops!
    Aliens? Illegal Aliens???
Another officer who appeared to be training her said it was up to her but was laughing all the way.
    She sent us to X-Ray!
The X-Ray officer was less impressed but I still had to load all 7 bags onto the belt into the machine.
Moments later we were good to go and it was time to reload.
We told him we would see him again in April, maybe sooner.

No more cowboy hats when going through Global Entry
... and less shoes for Ray!
Two suitcases is a bit much...nah...a woman can never have too many sexy shoes.
Bought her 2 more pair at airport store too.

And maybe no more RC...nah, too fun.

Anyone want to go in on a small storage locker near TTR???

The lights were turning off a few weeks ago after a few hours. The blinds weren't automatically going up and down either. They were still controlled by that stupid touch screen but they wouldn't go up and down automatically.
