Extension cord... for the hairdryer / curler.... plug in usually in a back corner or if you are like Chris, she moves them out to the dresser areas so I can shower while she finishes. The plugs out there are NEVER where you need them.

Ziplock bags... wet suit going home.. holding sea shells so they don't smell up your clothes till you get them washed properly.. business card holder so you don't mess them up or lose them before you get home... all the uses you have for them at home sort of ally here too...

I brought a rechargeable mini blue tooth sound bar last time and enjoyed it immensely. With over 1500 songs on smart phone we sat on patio every morning drinking coffee and listened to music. Also at night we played relaxation music(sounds of ocean), it helped a lot while sleeping to drown out outside noise in the middle of the night.

For first timers don´t forget to bring sexy clothes for the theme nights. The sexier the better, something she would´t usually wear. It´s a very important part of the fun.

As far as refillable cups, I recommend "Bubba" type mugs that have a lid- helps keep out the pool water that may be splashed into it. Get one that holds at least 2 drinks.. Jamie's suggestion of evening clothes: see what the themes will be the nights you are there. We also bring one can of sunspray per day. Higher spf for the first few days, then a bit lower for the last few. Don't want a nasty sunburn on parts that haven't been exposed to the sun before :) Above all, bring an open mind and a never ending smile :) After all, as the saying goes, no one knows you and no one gives a shit...

If your traveling from the US sunscreen is not allowed in a carry on bag unless it's 3 oz or less
Just grab some at the gift shop. Enjoy your stay.

25$ a bottle,, 1 bottle will pay for a checked bag, and since they have implemented new baggage fees here the are weighing carry on luggage and nailing a lot of peole

Just packed our luggage yesterday, it's at 65 lb and still we have to add sunscreen in it...I guess we will end up bringing 2 carry on's instead of one
