In our experience, they have always considered it acceptable coverage, obviously with painted nipples etc

 

Sorry, but I gotta disagree on the fish net. I have worn this top several times and there's never been the slightest problem.
Although completely topless is "not allowed," someone (never me!) is usually topless after midnight. After a few minutes, security will usually ask them to put something on, but sometimes they just let it go.

My wife and a couple of friends wore nothing but body paint.
