You really have to let your mood be your guide. Sometimes you're going to be so tired after a day in the pool that you want to just put on the easiest thing possible (I take sundresses--one piece, no buttons--done.) But, often, when I get to PatyO's and see what others are wearing, I get inspired and go change. So, it's a good idea to bring yourself a couple options for each night. This time, for five days, I brought theme outfits for three theme nights, three sexy dresses I can't wear anywhere else, and three simple dresses. Then, I threw in stuff I had laying around the house (stripper boots, pasties, bellydance scarves...y'know, things normal people keep around the house....) just in case. For bondage night, I planned to wear a black dress with leather trim. It was too hot. Here's what I threw together out of the random bits: And here was this year's Mardi Gras Night (You can see there's a wide range):
Thanks for all of the thoughts! I have been stressing a bit since it's our first visit, and all of your input helps a lot! I appreciate it! We leave in less than a week and now I don't have to hit the stores last minute. I did order a ton of new bottoms from Victoria's Secret for the pool though!
Great advice! We will be there in 11 days!! The 1st time we stayed at TTR, I didn't know about Cancuncare & didn't know anything about the theme nights. It did NOT matter - we had the best time, we have been coming back every year since then!
We are first timers to the resort also and arrive in a week. Glad to see that someone else was wondering about the dress for theme nights. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
Is there anywhere to buy outfits once we are at the resort? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
We ordered a bunch of masks and green, purple, gold beads to bring for that night to share (I do think there are stipulations on receiving the beads though :wink3. The other thing about that night for us is that the Boobs Cruise is earlier that day, so there is a decent likelihood that some wont make it out that night. The ones that do, may not remember there names, so we figured passing out quick masks and beads might help. Just come find us!
