I hear ya, everyone including big brother is watching all that goes on these days, I'm not running for any political positions so I don't give a dam if someone catches me in some skimpy attire and snaps a pic.

Ok....let me get this straight.....PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE THEIR PHONES/CAMERAS OUT? At Desire no one is allowed. And they are very tight about this. Actually we have never seen anyone with their phones. This now worries me a lot.

WTH????

Why would people go to this resort if they were going to be judgmental? Seems silly to me!

 

Yes people are allowed to have their phones and cameras out. It isn't a not camera policy hotel. The enforced rule is no photos during the games and contests. We do try to internally police this as well if we notice someone taking pictures they shouldn't, or just looking a bit sketchy holding a device up.

Most people are respectful and don't keep their phones up, and normally only try to take pictures of friends and people that know they are in the picture. I don't carry a phone down there at all, and whenever I take a picture I make sure there is nothing in the background that is risque.

Ditto!! Phones are kept in the room safe and only checked at night, but we do bring a waterproof camera and are very conscious of taking pics of ourselves & friends only....Never of anyone without permission....Of course if they're drunk and say sure ok......well.... lol

Unfortunately, we didn't find that most were very respectful at all and they consistently tried to conveniently take pics right next to my wife. It really took the fun out of her looking sexy when I had to let people know how disrespectful it is was to take her pic. If more would let loose and dress this way I don't think everyone would be trying so hard to sneak pics, but all the cameras and disrespectful people was the main reason most of the "fun" people we talked to refused to dress skimpy. We decided to give the place another shot, but if we have the same issues again we will probably take the party to another location next time...fingers are crossed as I love to see my wife partying in nearly nothing!

 

I agree. If we have that problem (which I am praying that we don't) we will have to go back to Desire. But we are really looking forward to this vacation at a new place!!!! :liebe011:
