You betcha! All comers are welcome. We'll try and put together a roll call in the next week or so. That way the room sponsors can plan appropriately. 20-30 folks would be ideal, but if there are more, we'll adapt! Going to be a lot of fun!
There's going to be a room crawl on the 11th. We currently have 3 room sponsors and would love to recruit 2 more! A few of us have volunteered to pitch in a couple $$ to each room sponsor in order to offset their time/expense. I figure we can "pass the hat" or put a donation can in each room also if needed. The 11th is lingerie Night, so roaming around the resort after dark has an added excitement! I have a few plans for guiding the mob through the resort to add little more fun too! Hopefully we can make it look like a lingerie Mardi Gras Parade?!! I'm getting excited just typing this.........no, that isn't a tube of chapstick in my pocket! Just 2 more room sponsor volunteers needed! Anybody???
Give me more details on what is expected in the "sponsored" rooms? Just alcohol? Cause if so i have plenty of that lol

This is a video of our room from June 2016. This was after we just had approximately 75+ people come through. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun! Our room was supposed to simulate the flight deck of a carrier. You'll notice that we had the Top Gun soundtrack playing in the background. We used inflatable jets suspended by fishing line. Anytime you can use inflatable novelties, the better! They are easy to pack, don't weigh squat and we just brought them to the pool the next day for people to play with them. I wouldn't expect 75+ people on this one. Perhaps 25-30?

You could replace a lamp bulb with a black light. We bought a multi colored rotating light bulb from Amazon. Simple party decorations are relatively cheap, light, and easy to pack. Like I said before, anything inflatable works well also.
