We had some issues with drunk single guys. Many singles were well behaved but others were stumbling drunk and hovered non stop. One night while my wife and a new girlfriend were getting to know each other at Paty O's one of the resident drunken singles kept hovering within inches until my patience ran out! I figure its part of it when your there in late march "Spring Break"
Hmm. Last year they wouldn't let us in unless the women were in lingerie and the men stripped down to underwear. What was I to do? I had to strip right? In all seriousness that was the best participation by far
March is always the worst possible month to go in my opinion. The resort is just loaded with a massive amount of irritating drunk single guys and creepers, almost no single girls, (when we were there last year the ratio was like 40 or 50 guys to 1 girl), and a lot of 1st timer couples that mainly just keep to themselves and have never heard of theme nights or Cancuncare or anything, (which we were also guilty of). Last year we didn't even talk to anyone for the 1st 4 days that we were there, and even though the large groups of single guys didn't mess with us at all, I still found their presence beyond irritating at all times. It was just a huge 'bro' and sausage fest with very low participation and a generally unfriendly atmosphere. Did you see how insanely low the March roll call numbers were on here? That's because so many regulars will not go to TTR in March. Try April, May, or June...WAY better mix of singles, couples and regulars. We have already made a ton of friends that we can't wait to see this year.
YES! Sad to say we learned that lesson as well. We are early 40's and will never travel in March again. The "FROSH week" thing was great when we were that age but not interested in re-living it.
We go in April and October and have noticed some annoying single guys but we always meet up with a great group of friends every trip and all of the guys keep an eye on our women and they feel safe knowing that there are multiple men in the group looking out for them. Feel free to look us up and we will gladly help keep a watchful eye out for you.
It's funny Wifey is ripped so always has lots of people who love to keep an eye out. LOL. I on the other hand and an average 40 something. I know, I have it so bad. Perhaps we will take you up on it once we firm up our dates
9 times out of 10 , by the time they get bothersome or obnoxious, they are haremless cause they can't get it up ,lol
